Clinton's Campaign "We're ahead in the popular vote"... talking point B.S.

Clinton and her entire campaign make me crazy. Their dumb little talking point: "We're ahead in the popular vote" is complete and utter nonesense. I guess they believe that there are a lot of incredibly stupid voters out there. At least as stupid as Clinton's campaign workers have been. Evertying they have said or done since after Super Tuesday when everyone knew the math did not add up for Clinton has been totally insane and an insult to the voters of this nation.

This comes down to the Clinton's rather interesting definitions of words and concepts. Just as Bill had issues when the entire rest of the world's definition of sex included oral sex with White House interns, Hillary has issues with the phrase "winning the nomination".  In her mind that means she should win if she gets the most votes in the states that "matter", which in her case are all the states that she won.

Her campaign was so horribly mis-managed that they couldn't hope to overcome the on the ground organiszation that Obama had in all the states that ran caucuses. When Hillary says "We're ahead in the popular vote", what she really means is that if you just count straight up votes and ignore caucus states, that she has more than Obama. For some awesome insight on this check out this article at dailykos.com.

Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with reality. Are they lying? Not exactly. As usual they are stating a fact that is true and complete B.S all at the same time. It all depends on what your definition of a "vote" is what what your definition of "winning the nomination is". Of course their definitions have nothing to do with reality. I am sad to say, after this campaign by the Clintons, that this is their modus operandi. They wouldn't know the truth if it hit them in the face. They are willing to say anything, truth or not, to be elected. That is not the kind of person I want in the white house. We've had those kind of people running things for the last 7 years and look where it got us.

ANY popular votes for Obama in Michigan

These are the facts. Hillary has virtually no hope of winning and hasn't since February. But instead of gracefully bowing out, she has shown the entire nation how completely power hungry and deluded she is. Frankly I can't tell the difference between her and Bush, except for that her lies actually make sense in English while Bush can't put more than 2 words together to save his life. Hillary is just a smarter version of Bush as far as I'm concerned.

If the nomination was based on direct votes (which I would be totally OK with) and there were no caucus states (again fine as long as each state made that determination on its own) I still think Obama would win. His organization is stronger, smarter, and ... well not deluded. I'm sure the system isn't perfect, but nothing is. They all agreed to work under the existing system. Hillary knew what was needed to win and she was never going to get it. I guess they hoped that somehow they would be able to trick on the Democrats into something later on (hmmm perhaps giving her all the Michigan and Florida votes?). But again, she agreed to the rules and how those states were to be handled.

I can't wait until tomorrow night so I can [hopefully] say good-bye to Hillary and her crock of lies and B.S. I'm afraid that she has completely tarnished what was left of my respect for her and her husband. I hope they never ever come back to run for president again. My stomach just can't being this nauseous again.
